The executor or family contacts us to discuss the property. This involves describing the size of the home and volume of belongings and arranging a visit for a formal quotation. In case if family members live abroad or cannot meet us in person we offer online valuation.
Valuables & Keepsakes
The family or executor goes through the property first, identifying and setting aside personal items, important documents, and sentimental or valuable possessions to keep.

After retaining what is important, decisions are made about the remaining contents. Items can be earmarked for donation, sale, recycling, or disposal. We take care of donation, sale and recycling part and arrange disposal by licenced carrier to cut the whole clearance costs.
